Part Claim Support
At HINLIM, we try our best to ease every transaction for our customers. This includes replacing missing or damaged parts of our furniture.

A budget for replacement is allocated to each customer according to their individual buying volume. If the part you claim is within the budget, we will courier to you by the next working day. If the part you claim is bulky or over the allocated budget, we will send it to you on your next delivery of container shipment and carry forward the budget for future usage.
